1. General Policy

Due to the custom and creative nature of animation and digital services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

  • Completed and delivered work is non-refundable


2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a partial refund only if:

  • Work has not yet started on your project

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

If work has already begun, refunds will be prorated (if approved) based on the amount of work completed.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Delay caused by client’s late responses or missing materials

  • Dissatisfaction after approved revisions are delivered

  • Completed animation, design, or digital deliverables

  • Failure to communicate during the project timeline

  • Services purchased on discounted or promotional offers (unless required by law)


4. Revision Policy

We provide revisions as outlined in your project agreement.

  • Revision requests must fall within the agreed scope

  • Additional revisions beyond the included limit may incur extra charges

  • Refunds are not provided due to style preference changes after work begins

 


5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us to resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Termination of project files and licenses

  • Possible dispute of the chargeback with supporting documentation


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary by payment provider)

  • Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law
