1. General Policy
Due to the custom and creative nature of animation and digital services:
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Completed and delivered work is non-refundable
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial refund only if:
Work has not yet started on your project
We are unable to deliver the agreed service
A duplicate payment was made in error
If work has already begun, refunds will be prorated (if approved) based on the amount of work completed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after project initiation
Delay caused by client’s late responses or missing materials
Dissatisfaction after approved revisions are delivered
Completed animation, design, or digital deliverables
Failure to communicate during the project timeline
Services purchased on discounted or promotional offers (unless required by law)
4. Revision Policy
We provide revisions as outlined in your project agreement.
Revision requests must fall within the agreed scope
Additional revisions beyond the included limit may incur extra charges
Refunds are not provided due to style preference changes after work begins
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us to resolve the issue.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:
Immediate suspension of services
Termination of project files and licenses
Possible dispute of the chargeback with supporting documentation
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary by payment provider)
Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law
