Because our services are delivered digitally, no physical products are shipped or delivered.
1. Service Delivery Process
After an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will review the customer’s order.
If additional information is required, we may contact the customer to request materials including:
- Logos and branding assets
- Scripts or written content
- Images and graphics
- Reference materials
- Project specifications
- Animation or style preferences
- Audio or voice-over files, where applicable
- Any additional information necessary to complete the project
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated completion times depend on the type, scope, customization requirements, and complexity of the project.

3. How Services Are Delivered
All completed projects and digital services are delivered electronically. Depending on the project, final files may be delivered through:

- Download links
- Cloud storage
- Another mutually agreed digital delivery method
Customers are not required to receive, collect, or pick up any physical product.
4. Revisions and Customer Approval
If revisions are included with the purchased service, customers may submit revision requests according to the terms of their selected package or project agreement.
Additional revisions, new concepts, or changes outside the originally agreed project scope may result in additional charges and may extend the estimated completion date.
A project may be considered completed once the agreed services have been delivered and the customer has approved the final work.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should provide requested materials, feedback, approvals, and revision instructions within a reasonable timeframe.
ACDTECHSOL is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Missing or incomplete project information
- Delayed submission of customer materials
- Delayed customer responses
- Delayed approvals
- Changes to the original project requirements
- Additional revision requests
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

9. Customer Response & Revision Timing

If a customer does not respond for an extended period, the project timeline may be paused until the required response, approval, or project materials are received.
Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may extend the expected completion date.
10. Holidays and Non-Business Days
Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays and other announced non-working days.
Orders, messages, revision requests, or approvals received outside standard business hours may be reviewed on the next available business day.
11. Digital Fulfillment
Because ACDTECHSOL provides digital services, an order is considered fulfilled when the agreed digital files, animations, videos, models, graphics, or other deliverables have been provided to the customer through the agreed electronic delivery method.
No shipping address, physical shipment, courier service, or physical delivery is required for these services.
