Service Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

This Service Delivery & Fulfillment Policy explains how digital creative services purchased from ACD SOLUTIONS LLC, DBA ACDTECHSOL (“ACDTECHSOL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are processed, produced, reviewed, and delivered.

ACDTECHSOL provides digital creative and animation services, including:

  • Logo animation

  • Social media promotional animations

  • 2D explainer videos

  • Motion graphics

  • Storyboard design

  • 3D model design

  • Custom animation

  • Other customized digital creative services

Because our services are delivered digitally, no physical products are shipped unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise.

1. Order Confirmation and Project Start

After an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team reviews the customer’s order and submitted project information.

If additional information or materials are required, we may contact the customer to request items such as:

  • Logos and branding assets

  • Scripts or written content

  • Images and graphics

  • Reference materials

  • Project specifications

  • Animation or design preferences

  • Product or character references

  • Audio or voiceover files, where applicable

  • Required dimensions or file formats

  • Any other materials reasonably necessary to complete the project

Project Start

Work normally begins within 24–48 hours after:

  1. Payment has been successfully confirmed;

  2. All required project information has been received;

  3. Required customer materials have been provided; and

  4. Any necessary project scope or specifications have been confirmed.

If required materials are missing, the project timeline may not begin until those materials are received.

2. Billing Type

Unless a product page, proposal, or written project agreement expressly states otherwise, services purchased through ACDTECHSOL are one-time purchases.

Purchasing a service does not enroll the customer in:

  • A subscription;

  • Automatic renewal;

  • Recurring billing; or

  • An ongoing membership program.

Additional charges may apply only when the customer separately authorizes additional services or work outside the original project scope.

Examples may include:

  • Additional revisions;

  • Additional animation or video duration;

  • Additional storyboard frames;

  • Additional 3D models;

  • New concepts;

  • Expanded project scope;

  • Additional formats;

  • Rush services; or

  • Other requested work not included with the original purchase.

Any additional charge will be communicated to the customer before the additional work is performed or charged.

Custom projects may use deposits or milestone payments where this is clearly disclosed in a proposal or written project agreement. Milestone payments do not constitute subscription billing.

  • Secure file-sharing services;

6. Project Processing Schedule

Our standard project workflow generally follows the process below.

Step 1 — Order Confirmation

The customer receives confirmation after successful order placement and payment.

Step 2 — Initial Order Review

The project is normally reviewed within approximately 24 hours.

Step 3 — Request for Missing Materials

If additional information is required, ACDTECHSOL may contact the customer within approximately 24–48 hours.

Step 4 — Project Work Begins

Production normally begins within 24–48 hours after payment has been confirmed and all required project materials have been received.

Step 5 — Initial Draft, Concept, or Preview

An initial draft, design, animation preview, storyboard, model preview, or other appropriate work-in-progress deliverable is prepared according to the service type and project requirements.

Step 6 — Customer Review

The customer reviews the applicable draft or preview and provides approval or revision instructions.

Step 7 — Revision Review

Revision requests are normally reviewed within approximately 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the requested changes.

Step 8 — Final Approval

After included revisions are completed, the customer may be asked to approve the final project.

Step 9 — Final File Preparation

Final file preparation is normally completed within approximately 1–2 business days after final approval, subject to the project’s technical requirements.

Step 10 — Digital Delivery

The completed files are delivered electronically through the agreed delivery method.

7. Revisions

The number of revisions included with each service is determined by:

  • The applicable product page;

  • The purchased package;

  • The project proposal; or

  • The written customer/project agreement.

A standard revision generally means a reasonable modification to work already created within the originally agreed project scope.

Examples of ordinary revisions may include:

  • Minor text changes;

  • Timing adjustments;

  • Color corrections;

  • Reasonable layout adjustments;

  • Minor animation adjustments;

  • Small storyboard changes;

  • Minor model adjustments; or

  • Other reasonable modifications within the approved scope.

The following may be considered outside the original project scope:

  • A completely new concept;

  • A replacement script after production begins;

  • Significant changes to approved creative direction;

  • Additional scenes;

  • Additional models;

  • Additional storyboard frames;

  • Additional animation or video duration;

  • New characters or environments;

  • New file formats not included in the original order; or

  • Significant changes requested after a production stage has already been approved.

Out-of-scope work may require additional time and additional charges.

The customer will be informed before additional charges are applied.

8. Customer Approvals

Depending on the project, customers may be asked to approve one or more production stages, including:

  • Script;

  • Storyboard;

  • Creative concept;

  • Design;

  • Character or visual direction;

  • 3D model preview;

  • Voiceover;

  • Animation draft;

  • Motion graphics preview; or

  • Final deliverable.

Approval of a project stage authorizes ACDTECHSOL to continue production based on the approved material.

Significant changes requested after approval may result in additional production time and may require additional fees if the request falls outside the original project scope.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for ACDTECHSOL to perform the requested services.

Customers should provide requested:

  • Project materials;

  • Scripts;

  • Logos;

  • Branding information;

  • Reference materials;

  • Specifications;

  • Feedback;

  • Approvals; and

  • Revision instructions

within a reasonable period of time.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or authorization to provide materials submitted to ACDTECHSOL for use in their project.

ACDTECHSOL is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Missing or incomplete project information;

  • Delayed submission of customer materials;

  • Delayed customer responses;

  • Delayed customer approvals;

  • Incorrect customer-provided information;

  • Changes to original project requirements;

  • Additional revision requests;

  • Expanded project scope; or

  • Other circumstances outside ACDTECHSOL’s reasonable control.

10. Customer Response and Project Pauses

To help us complete projects within the estimated production schedule, customers are encouraged to provide requested materials, feedback, approvals, and revision instructions promptly.

If required information or customer approval is not received, the project timeline may be paused.

When the customer later provides the required information, materials, or approval, the project will be returned to the production schedule based on current production availability.

A customer delay may therefore result in a revised estimated completion date.

Saturday availability does not necessarily count as a standard project-production business day unless otherwise agreed.

Orders, revision requests, messages, project materials, or approvals submitted on weekends, holidays, or outside standard operating hours may be reviewed on the next available business day.

13. Delays Outside Our Reasonable Control

Occasionally, circumstances outside ACDTECHSOL’s reasonable control may affect a project’s schedule.

Examples may include:

  • Other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.

If a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate an updated estimated completion schedule.

  • Source-file availability;

  • Third-party asset usage; and

  • Other project-specific requirements.

Where a separate project agreement applies, customers should review both that agreement and the applicable website policies.

  • Sound effects;

  • Fonts;

  • Stock images;

  • Stock video;

  • AI-assisted creative assets;

  • Templates;

  • 3D assets; or

  • Other licensed production resources.

Third-party resources remain subject to the terms and licenses of their respective providers.

ACDTECHSOL will provide only those ownership or usage rights that it is legally authorized to provide.

  • Sales;

  • Revenue;

  • Conversion rates;

  • Advertising performance;

  • Engagement;

  • Customer acquisition;

  • Website traffic; or

  • Other commercial results.

Project results may depend on factors outside ACDTECHSOL’s control, including the customer’s business, audience, marketing strategy, distribution, advertising, product, pricing, and market conditions.
